Who processes your data
The site is operated by Bloc, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. For any personal data request, email salut@bloc.ro. We reply within 30 days at most, usually much sooner.
What we collect and why
When you contact us, we receive your name, email and what you choose to include. We use these to reply and take the precontractual steps you request. We do not sell your data. If direct delivery is enabled, your message passes through email provider Resend so it can reach us.
The free website audit
When you use the audit, we only analyse the public address you enter. If you request the PDF report, we receive your name, email and, optionally, your company. We use them to send the report and contact you once about the results (legal basis: your consent). The report is sent through Resend. We keep this data for up to 12 months, then delete it, unless we start working together.
Retention and rights
We keep correspondence as long as needed for your request and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object where the law allows. You can complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your consent choice locally. The current version loads no analytics or marketing tools. If we add them, they will run only after consent; you can change your choice from the footer.
