The first question is not ‘does it look good?’
A buyer arrives with a problem. They want to know whether you solve it, who you have helped and how hard it will be to begin. If the first screen talks only about you, you make them work for the answer.
Design matters. Its job is to make the message clearer and the action easier, not replace the offer.
Show the change, not a service list
‘We do web design’ describes a deliverable. ‘We turn visits into sales conversations’ explains the reason to buy.
- Name a problem buyers recognise.
- Explain what changes after working together.
- Show what they get and how to start.
Remove friction from the last step
A long form demands trust before earning it. Ask only for what you need to begin a conversation. Explain what happens after submission.
Measure qualified enquiries, not just button clicks.
